Betsy has a degree in social work and has dedicated her career to support mission driven organizations like GNP.
Neha Paralkar, Marketing Director and UX Designer, leverages her digital marketing, advertising, and design background to amplify nonprofit stories and connect people with impactful organizations. She has previously worked with several nonprofits, startups, and Fortune 500 brands at Leo Burnett and Digitas.
Roneil Cesar, Customer Experience Lead, has extensive experience leading customer service teams within the e-commerce industry. Prioritizing efficient strategy and internal development, Ron provides solutions, develops protocols and processes, and builds a quality customer experience.
Bu Huang, Data Analyst, Bu’s expertise includes developing, evaluating, refining, and automating analytic models to meet diverse business needs. She excels in creating dynamic dashboards using visual analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI and Google Looker, facilitating automated report generation. Bu collaborates with multiple departments to define reporting requirements, engage in data mining, modeling, and conduct thorough statistical analyses to identify actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations.
Michael de Jesus, Customer Service, has fifteen years of experience in customer service and team lead roles, serving as a front line of support for clients and customers. He provides helpful information, answers questions, responds to complaints, and works to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
